All Sales are Final.


Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on Wostok drink purchases. All sales are considered final.



Damaged Items


We want your orders to arrive in perfect condition. If you receive an order with broken or damaged items, here’s what to do:


  1. Tell the delivery person right away. If you notice damage at the time of delivery, please inform the delivery person immediately.
  2. Contact us. Report the issue to our customer service team (cs@atlas-tradeconsultancy.com) as soon as possible.
  3. Take photos. Please take clear pictures of the damaged items and the packaging. This helps us understand what happened and process your request.


Once we've reviewed the photos, we'll arrange for a replacement of the damaged item.


Please note, this exchange policy only covers items that were damaged during transit. We cannot replace items that were broken or damaged after you received your order.
